Her Strength Inspired a Movement
About 4 You I Will Fight
On December 2, 2022, at just 50 years old, our brave and beautiful Tara lost her battle with ALS after contracting pneumonia. Even though she’s no longer with us, her strength, her laughter, and her incredible spirit continue to guide everything we do.
Instead of letting ALS define her, Tara chose to fight — for time with her children, her family, and her friends. With the love and help of her three children — Alexandra (then 20), Sophia (then 18), and David (then 16) — she founded 4 You I Will Fight, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support ALS research and families affected by the disease.
What started as a small family effort quickly grew into a powerful community movement. In just five months, we raised $50,000 through t-shirt sales and joining events like the ALSOne Polar Plunge. Thanks to the incredible generosity and spirit of our supporters, we have now raised over $450,000 in just three years — and we’re not stopping there.
Tara’s fight lives on through all of us. Every shirt sold, every dollar donated, and every event held carries her legacy forward — a reminder to always fight for those you love.
We fight for Tara.
We fight for every family living with ALS.
And we fight because she showed us how.
Thank you for supporting our fight
